Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 7-15 business days after processing. During the holiday season, delivery may take longer, so we recommend ordering early for Christmas.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships; tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

Customs, duties and taxes

For orders outside the United States, any applicable duties or taxes are shown at checkout where available, or may be collected by the carrier on delivery.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated in 10 days or your order has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us at support@jingletrail.com and we will help.
