We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and across Europe: Germany, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Prices are shown in your local currency.
Shipping
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Delivery time: 7–15 business days
- Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email as soon as your order ships.
Christmas delivery: The holiday season is busy — we recommend ordering as early as possible to make sure your Jingle Trail arrives before Christmas.
Import duties & taxes
For orders outside the United States, any applicable import duties or taxes are shown at checkout where available, or may be collected by your local carrier on delivery.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending anything back — items returned without an approved request can't be accepted.
- Damaged or defective? Contact us with a photo as soon as your order arrives and we'll make it right.
- EU customers: you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
- Refunds: once your return is received and approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
